I don’t know about you all, but I love working out to music.
Lately, if I go on a run in the morning, I don’t listen to my music. It’s so calming to just listen to the Earth (yeah I am lame). Anyways, I still do have those days, especially before a hard workout or meet where I need to feel that adrenaline rush ya know?
