If you’re like me, then eating green or anything somewhat healthy is a struggle lol
BUT it is much needed. Greens are great for maintaining good blood pressure, boosting your metabolism, and also burning more calories too (just to name a few benefits).
I want to share with you something all of us can make! My dad loves to make his Green Machine shakes every morning. You can add or take away ingredients you’d like. The goal is to find whatever works for YOU!
Here’s an example of a combo my dad uses:
*any kind of healthy base you want (He uses almond chocolate milk and lemon juice)
**Option to sweeten it up: Pineapple juice
